Description
The Shed is hiring a full-time, exempt, on-site Visitor Experience Manager to lead frontline visitor services and front-of-house operations for visual and performing arts programming in flexible performance and gallery spaces. The role manages a unionized visitor experience team, guest flow, safety, ticketing and access control, customer service, venue operations, reporting, and cross-departmental data governance, while serving as Manager on Duty. It requires at least three years of managerial house management experience, expertise across visual and performing arts, Tessitura and related venue and scheduling systems, and availability for evenings and weekends.
