Description
The part-time Visitor Services Representative welcomes and directs guests, sells admission tickets, processes cash and credit-card transactions, provides garden information, handles refunds and exchanges, troubleshoots ticketing issues, and may drive or narrate tram tours. The role requires a valid driver's license, background screening and motor vehicle report clearance, public communication, multitasking, physical ability to lift 30–60 pounds, and availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
