Description
The C&B Operations Associate supports store operations by processing customer orders, maintaining an organized stockroom, performing inventory checks, executing visual merchandising standards, stocking products, greeting and serving customers, processing payments, supporting safety and loss-prevention practices, and driving sales through product knowledge and promotions. The role reports to the Assistant Store Leader and requires strong communication, multitasking, customer service, teamwork, and basic computer and data-entry skills; customer service and retail experience are preferred.
