The Visual Merchandising Associate supports the management team by maintaining store standards, executing visual displays and floorsets, replenishing merchandise, coaching associates, and creating engaging customer experiences. The role requires 1–3 years of merchandising or visual experience, with home-related design or specialty-retail experience preferred, and involves extended sales-floor mobility and lifting up to 75 pounds. Full-time associates receive health, dental, and vision insurance, while part-time Flex associates must meet specified weekend and weekday availability requirements.
