Bip Red is seeking a creative visual communication professional to support digital and offline communication projects for clients. The role involves translating briefs into creative solutions, creating marketing and communication content, collaborating with strategy, design, and project governance teams, and testing AI tools for ideation and execution. Candidates should have 1–2 years of consulting or creative agency experience, a relevant portfolio, proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, interest in AI development tools, visual communication skills, English at B2 level, and strong teamwork and adaptability. The position starts as a six-month internship with the aim of hiring and offers smart working up to 100% of the time, with a monthly allowance of €800.
