CAE is hiring a Visual Database Engineer to support the Engineering team in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining real-time visual and 3-D databases for C-17 Training Systems. The role covers full-lifecycle development of 3-D models and terrain environments, visual and RADAR database applications, software installation and testing, design documentation, and validation with Test Engineers, Pilot Instructors, and Subject Matter Experts. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or eight years of related experience, plus at least four years of visual database development or related technical experience. It is a regular full-time role requiring U.S. citizenship and DoD Personal Security Clearance eligibility, with work in office, simulator, or computer-room environments and occasional travel.
