Iru is hiring a Visual Designer for its in-house Brand Studio to create and produce marketing assets across digital ads, social media, email, events, presentations, PDFs, and website projects. The role collaborates with a Senior Visual Designer, web developers, product marketing managers, content, and paid media teams, while maintaining brand consistency and contributing to Figma libraries and design systems. The position requires design experience, a strong portfolio, fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and composition, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. It is based in Coral Gables with a hybrid arrangement of three days in the office per week and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
