Affirm is hiring a Motion Visual Designer to create motion-forward, accessible, and scalable experiences across its product ecosystem. The role covers in-app animations, animated illustrations, interaction patterns, web and email communications, lifecycle journeys, product launches, visual systems, and production-ready assets. It requires at least three years of professional experience in motion, animation, visual, communication, or product design, strong animation and design-system knowledge, proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, LottieFiles, and Rive, and familiarity with HTML/CSS. The position is remote-first, with a base pay range of $101,000 to $151,000 per year and benefits including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental, and vision.
