Description
Takeda is hiring approximately 50 full-time, fixed-term Inspectors for its Hikari site in Japan. The role involves visually or mechanically inspecting syringes, vials, and other injection-drug containers for defects, missing parts, foreign matter, sediment, discoloration, and content discrepancies. The work is performed in a controlled clean-room environment, with a typical pace of 130–180 syringes per hour and 750–900 per day, including short breaks. Applicants need at least a high school qualification and binocular vision of 1.0 or better in both eyes; vision correction is permitted. A 1–2-month training period is provided, with a 2–3-month practical training period at the inspection group and a company-wide one-week training period.
