The Visual Lead at ALO is responsible for driving store sales and optimizing profitability through effective visual merchandising. This role involves managing various operational functions like shipment, receiving, and sales floor replenishment, while also focusing on strategic product presentation and merchandising. Additionally, the Visual Lead partners with the Operations and Visual Managers to execute visual floor changes, maintain visual direction, and utilize reporting tools to identify business opportunities. They also demonstrate strong business acumen, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead by example to inspire staff and improve guest experience.
