Description
ALO is hiring a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through visual merchandising, inventory replenishment, floor presentation, reporting, budgeting, and operational execution. The role partners with Operations and Visual Managers, coaches and develops associates, supports store opening and closing, and requires constant movement throughout the store. It is an onsite full-time position in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a base pay range of $15.00–$17.00 per hour and eligibility for monthly store incentives.
