Description
ALO is hiring a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through visual merchandising and store operations. The role manages visual floor changes, replenishment, product presentation, inventory and supply processes, reporting, budgets, vendor relationships, facilities, and store-opening and closing procedures. It also leads staff through coaching, recruitment, development, performance feedback, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, strong leadership and communication skills, physical ability to move throughout the store and lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for opening, closing, weekend, and holiday-season shifts.
