Description
ALO is hiring a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through visual merchandising and store operations. The role manages visual floor changes, replenishment, product presentation, inventory, reporting, budgets, vendor relationships, facilities, and store opening and closing; partners with Operations and Visual Managers; coaches and develops staff; and supports cross-functional execution. The position requires prior client-centric sales experience, leadership and communication skills, physical ability to move around the store and lift up to 50 pounds, and proof of the right to live and work in the UK. It is an onsite full-time role with opening, closing, weekend, and holiday-season availability.
