Description
The Visual Inspection Level 2.5 is a 1st-shift quality and inspection role intended for training and succession planning toward Level III responsibilities. The position partners with Visual Level 3, supports wax and metal inspection processes, engages with Quality, Engineering, and Operations on process management and MSAT initiatives, over-inspects molds, collects and analyzes inspection data, audits press and assembly cells, investigates customer returns and rework issues, and performs visual acuity testing. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of quality or inspection experience, and PC literacy in Word, Excel, and Outlook; investment casting experience, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset are preferred.
