ALO is hiring a full-time Visual Manager to lead visual merchandising, product presentation, store visual standards, reporting, budgeting, and sales-floor execution. The role also supports store leadership, business planning, team coaching, scheduling, and operational KPIs. Candidates need 3–5 years of retail or related leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding store work.
