Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a full-time Digital Content Producer to lead social-first visual storytelling for its Photo/Video team. The role develops and produces short-form and digital video, interviews employees and leaders, shoots content in production and event environments, edits and optimizes content for different platforms, and supports executive communications, line-of-business teams, and high-volume campaigns. The producer will also mentor Visual Communications creators, establish production workflows and content playbooks, and use analytics to improve storytelling. The position requires at least five years of professional social-first video and digital content experience and offers a salary range of $72,500 to $134,600 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
