The Visual Merchandiser creates consistent customer experiences and commercial excellence by executing visual, styling, and commercial standards across the store. The role coordinates store activations, sales activities, garment care, stock allocation, window and fixture setups, sales-report analysis, and customer engagement while coaching the store team and supporting talent development. Candidates should have proven experience with product presentation and commercial execution, strong fashion and commercial knowledge, and the ability to analyse sales reports and act on insights.
