Description
Target is hiring a Visual Merchandiser to set and maintain store visual presentations, execute visual standards and in-store marketing, support sales and inventory goals, train team members, and maintain merchandising fixtures and backroom organization. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience, physical ability to move merchandise and fixtures, flexible scheduling, and strong communication and teamwork skills. The starting pay is $23.25–$25.25 per hour, with a full range of $23.25–$39.50 per hour, and benefits eligibility is subject to the stated eligibility requirements.
