Description
Reformation is hiring a Visual Merchandising Associate to maintain in-store visual standards, execute weekly Go Lives, manage VM equipment and product placement, support shipment processing, and use RAV and Looker dashboards to analyze retail performance. The role requires at least 6 months of Reformation experience, 1+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced creative service environment, strong communication and organizational skills, and availability for a minimum of 35 hours per week across five days, including Fridays and weekends. Compensation is $16–$25 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement planning support, and other benefits.
