Primark is hiring a full-time Visual Merchandising Manager for its Citypark Ljubljana store. The role owns the store’s visual strategy, leads Visual Merchandisers, designs commercial layouts and window displays, collaborates with other store managers, analyzes sales data, monitors trends and competitors, and trains the team. The position requires several years of retail experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, and a conversational level of English; it follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule with one working weekend every 2–3 weeks.
