Nike is hiring a full-time Visual Merchandising Retail Assistant, also called an Athlete, to deliver day-to-day visual merchandising and styling in a retail store while providing premium consumer service and product expertise. The role collaborates with visual merchandising and commercial teams, creates product executions and floor zoning plans, supports sales and store operations such as cash register use, inventory movement, replenishment, and display building, assists with training new employees, connects digital and in-store services, and stays current on Nike products, culture, and sales trends. Candidates should have retail, visual merchandising, styling, fashion, design, or related education or experience, creativity, analytical sales capability, communication and teamwork skills, brand passion, and flexible availability for retail hours.
