Description
The Visual Merchandising Specialist manages retail visual merchandising standards, product presentation, store displays, replenishment, mannequin dressing, seasonal store flips, and reactive merchandising. The role collaborates with store leadership and retail staff, uses sales and inventory data to improve product performance, trains employees, and performs typical retail associate duties. It is a full-time, year-round position with a base wage of $19.27 to $22.88 per hour and benefits including health, dental, vision, paid leave, retirement matching, and other employee perks.
