AKIRA is hiring a full-time Visual Operations Manager to oversee visual and operational aspects of a retail store, lead a team of 4 to 20 people, and drive sales through data-informed merchandising, displays, styling, and customer experience. The role requires at least two years of visual merchandising experience, fashion knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, flexible scheduling, and the ability to perform physically demanding store work.
