The Visual Security Associate supports store asset protection by providing visible theft deterrence, monitoring and reporting suspicious customer behavior, assisting customers, and collaborating with store leadership to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires customer service, communication, technology use, physical movement throughout the store, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
