Description
Macy’s is hiring a Visual Support Captain to lead visual presentations in stores, create three-dimensional merchandising displays, maintain mannequin and promotional displays, support merchandising teams, assist customers, and uphold store readiness and merchandising standards. The role requires flexible availability, strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to interpret and execute visual merchandising directives; 1–2 years of retail merchandising or visual display experience is required, while an art, design, or creative background and awareness of current fashion trends are preferred.
