VLA Pre-training Engineer - Deep Learning at humanoid

Humanoid is hiring a VLA Pre-training Engineer for its Autonomy team in London. The role focuses on training and deploying vision-language-action policies through pre-training, fine-tuning, behavior cloning, reinforcement learning, data collection, synthetic-data pipelines, and distributed training. Candidates should have at least three years of deep-learning systems experience, hands-on experience with LLMs, VLMs, or generative models, and strong Python and PyTorch/JAX skills. Robotics or autonomous-driving experience is preferred but not strictly required.
