The role is responsible for setting up, managing, and maintaining testing equipment and measuring technology, with a focus on electric power steering products. It includes troubleshooting, maintenance, quality management, test-lab process and working-instruction updates, EHS and cybersecurity, lab efficiency and automation, support for new test facilities, coordination with plant and facility teams, and professional proposals, implementation, and training for measurement instruments and solutions. The posting requires a master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial automation engineering or instruments, deep knowledge of industrial automation, equipment, and electronics, and strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and English skills.
