Description
The role leads brake caliper development, including product specifications, design reviews, D-FMEA, supplier and plant manufacturability, ball-screw functionality and reliability, and simulation-based optimization. It requires a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or a master’s degree with 5+ years in mechanical or automotive engineering, at least five SOP caliper projects, experience with modular caliper components and manufacturing processes, knowledge of V-model, DRBFM, DOE, reliability methods, and English communication skills.
