Description
The role manages short-term customer demand, production schedules, KPIs, continuous-improvement projects, new-product ramp-ups, and engineering changes for a responsible production line. It also applies BPS and lean-production tools such as balanced production, consumption control, and Kanban. The position requires a bachelor's degree or above, 3–5 years of planning experience, ERP knowledge such as SAP, project-management experience, Microsoft Office and Power BI skills, and strong communication and coordination abilities.
