Description
The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and releasing assembly processes such as press-fitting, tightening, and dispensing; supporting the industrialization of new technologies; supporting related equipment and tooling in series production; collaborating with global production networks; evaluating technical quotations; coordinating with project management, technical experts, lead plants, and suppliers; participating in simultaneous engineering; and solving process and quality problems. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical design or manufacturing engineering, knowledge of assembly processes and automation, at least two years of assembly technology and MAE experience, and English or German language skills.
