Description
Bosch is seeking a Steering Systems Validation Engineer to validate hardware, software, and mechatronic components of steering systems across development phases, including bench, HIL, durability, and on-road testing. The role develops test methods and protocols, coordinates with cross-functional teams, ensures requirement traceability and audit documentation, operates test facilities, and leads lab safety and compliance programs. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least five years of automotive engineering experience including three years in steering or chassis systems testing or validation, prior people management experience, and familiarity with steering technologies, testing tools, and regulatory standards.
