Description
Ford is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead core manufacturing engineers through the planning and execution phases of new model programs. The role owns body-facility, tooling, quality, safety, ergonomics, cost, delivery, and launch readiness activities, including tooling buy-offs, throughput and cycle-time validation, PFMEA, supplier coordination, and manufacturing cost control. The position is primarily based in South Eastern Michigan with travel to local suppliers and is targeted for implementation at Ford Louisville Assembly Plant; it is hybrid with onsite work four or more days per week and offers a base salary of $115,500-$218,100.
