CADDi is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one or more software development teams while also contributing to hands-on coding, code reviews, architectural decisions, product delivery, engineering recruitment, and organizational design. The role requires prior experience as a development team manager and product engineering manager, hands-on software development, technology verification, requirements analysis, architecture, infrastructure, and Scrum or Agile processes. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, with Vietnamese residency or relocation plans required, and includes a two-month probation period and benefits such as health insurance, stock options, and training support.
