Concord Counseling Services is hiring a Vocational Employment Specialist to educate and support clients in securing employment, develop vocational programs, conduct assessments, coordinate job placement and coaching, and resolve employment barriers. The role offers flexible 30–40 hours per week and requires a bachelor’s degree, vocational assessment and service-plan experience, knowledge of mental illness and the competitive employment landscape, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
