CoreCivic is hiring a Vocational Instructor - Computers to provide vocational instruction in an institutional, secure setting. The role involves preparing course objectives, planning individualized programs of study, delivering instruction with handouts, texts, and audiovisual materials, evaluating student performance, and providing additional instruction as needed. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, five years of relevant vocational or career-readiness experience, current trade certification and applicable teaching licensure or provisional eligibility, Microsoft Office experience, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years old. The position pays $28.00 per hour.
