Description
CoreCivic is hiring a Vocational Instructor - Electrical to provide vocational instruction in an institutional, secure setting. The role involves preparing course objectives, planning individualized programs of study, delivering instruction through handouts, texts, and audiovisual materials, evaluating student performance, and providing additional instruction as needed. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, five years of recent full-time wage-earning experience in a vocational trade or career readiness skills, current trade certification and applicable licensure or provisional teaching licensure, Microsoft Office experience, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years old.
