VodafoneThree is hiring a Regulated Product Governance Manager for its Consumer team in London on a hybrid basis. The role owns the end-to-end governance of regulated products, applies FCA and ICOBS requirements, guides the product roadmap, partners with cross-functional teams, represents products at governance forums, and produces customer and agent journey analysis, KPI reporting, and market insights. The position requires regulated-environment experience, FCA and ICOBS knowledge, product or programme management experience, and strong customer-centred communication. It is a full-time 37.5-hour-per-week role on a 12-month fixed-term contract with an excellent basic salary, bonus, and Vodafone benefits.
