VodafoneThree is hiring a Senior Team Leader – SOHO in Glasgow on a hybrid basis. The role leads and develops a Telesales team responsible for retaining, growing, and migrating small-business customers to the Vodafone brand, while supporting sales targets, pipeline management, forecasting, customer experience, CRM and performance management, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. The position requires experience leading sales teams in a fast-paced Telesales or contact-center environment, strong pipeline and forecasting skills, coaching ability, commercial awareness, and CRM proficiency.
