Primark is hiring a Visual Merchandising Manager (VM Manager) in Citypark Ljubljana for a full-time employment contract. The role leads the visual strategy of a large store, manages and develops a team of Visual Merchandisers, creates commercial displays and collections, coordinates with other store managers, analyzes sales results, and monitors trends and competition. The position requires extensive retail experience, team leadership, analytical and creative skills, decision-making ability, experience implementing visual merchandising strategies, and English communication skills.
