Commure is hiring a Voice Agent to conduct outbound research calls to prospective businesses. The role follows an approved contact list and script, navigates automated menus or reception desks, measures hold time, captures screenshots showing call duration, and records prospect, phone, date, hold times, outcomes, and notes in a spreadsheet. The position requires clear verbal communication, attention to detail, comfort with high-volume outbound calling, basic spreadsheet proficiency, screenshot organization, reliable internet, and a suitable calling device; prior calling, lead-generation, customer-service, quality-assurance, or data-entry experience is preferred but not required.
