Description
The Voice Network Engineer will deploy, support, troubleshoot, and upgrade production Zoom Phone, Zoom Meeting, NICE CxOne, SFDC voice, and AudioCodes infrastructure across worldwide locations. The role manages global SIP trunk and voice circuits, designs and configures voice and collaboration systems, develops call-routing and scripting capabilities, coordinates with network engineering teams, and manages telecom vendors. It requires hands-on experience with Zoom Phone, NICE CxOne, SBCs, Cisco voice gateways, video conferencing, and at least three years of voice and collaboration engineering experience, along with a relevant technical degree.
