Comcast is hiring a Voice Platform Engineer (Engineer 2) in downtown Philadelphia to support the stability, performance, and evolution of voice platform infrastructure, including SIP peering interconnects, IMS platforms, Session Border Controllers, and related voice network technologies. The role focuses on monitoring and troubleshooting signaling and call routing issues, incident response and root cause analysis, coordinating with carriers and vendors, testing and implementing network changes, documenting procedures, and driving automation and process improvements. The position is not approved for remote work and does not offer visa sponsorship.
