The Voice Platform Software Engineer will design, develop, and operate scalable voice and real-time communication infrastructure, including SIP signaling, media handling, routing, session management, and distributed backend services. The role requires C or C++ development, strong software engineering fundamentals, networking knowledge, and experience with backend or distributed systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting voice quality and signaling issues, improving platform scalability and observability, participating in architecture and production support, and contributing to automation and deployment tooling.
