ValidaTek is hiring a Voice Technician to support and maintain telephony systems within a large telecommunications and networking infrastructure in a secured Department of Defense environment. The role involves configuring and maintaining voice communication systems, troubleshooting end-user issues, documenting configurations and resolutions, collaborating with IT teams, and ensuring compliance with DoD standards and security requirements. Candidates need at least three years of related voice technician experience in a DoD environment, knowledge of TCP/IP and telephony technologies, customer service and problem-solving skills, relevant network or telephony certifications, and an active Secret clearance.
