KeenLogic is hiring a Voice Tier 3 Engineer to provide advanced engineering and technical support for the U.S. Air Force’s Executive Airlift Communications Network, a Cisco-based VoIP environment serving senior government leaders on executive aircraft. The role involves configuring, securing, patching, troubleshooting, and connecting Cisco voice and collaboration systems, including CUCM, Unity, SIP devices, and external customer networks, while validating changes in a Systems Integration Lab. The position is based at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, requires onsite support and a Top Secret security clearance, and follows a contract with an anticipated January 2, 2027 start and a base period through September 30, 2027.
