Description
Telnyx is hiring a VoIP Engineer to serve as a telephony subject matter expert, operate and expand SIP proxy infrastructure, troubleshoot escalated voice and network issues, analyze traffic, respond to critical alerts, coordinate interconnections and maintenance, and build monitoring, alerting, QA, and logging tools. The role collaborates with engineering, business, sales, operations, partners, and global users, and requires strong VoIP and IP networking knowledge plus experience with Linux, open-source telephony applications, shell scripting, containers, and orchestration or automation tools.
