Description
BayNova is hiring a VoIP Engineer to support a federal government client in Alexandria, Virginia. The role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 VoIP and A/V support, administers Cisco UCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, Finesse, Microsoft Teams, CUBE, Zoom, Teams, and WebEx, monitors system performance and security, develops documentation and disaster-recovery plans, and leads troubleshooting and vendor coordination. The position requires a Position of Trust Clearance, strong communication and customer-service skills, five years of VoIP and A/V administration experience, onsite work, and a 24x7 on-call rotation.
