Description
Harvard University is hiring a Cisco Migration Technical Lead to lead the migration from Cisco Dedicated Instance to Cisco Multi-Tenant voice architecture. The role covers platform assessment, migration planning, enterprise configuration, engineering, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness, with the goal of enabling the engineering team to independently support the new platform. The position is full-time, funded for six months from hire, hybrid with onsite work as needed, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
