Description
The Lead VoIP Engineer will oversee Cisco Unified Communication Manager clusters, monitor voice and video resources across multiple enclaves, troubleshoot and resolve voice and video outages, perform testing, provisioning, upgrades, preventative maintenance, and emergency responses, and support RKB tenant agencies and ITCSU vendors. The role requires a TOP SECRET clearance, five or more years of communications-systems experience including at least three years with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco certification, and knowledge of SIP, SCCP, MGCP, DSN, PSTN, H.323, and related Cisco technologies. It is a fully onsite contract-to-hire position in Stafford, Virginia, with a pay range of $67.30 to $81.73 per hour and an anticipated application deadline of October 12, 2026.
