Kitsap Humane Society is hiring a full-time Volunteer Coordinator to recruit, train, schedule, support, and retain volunteers for its animal shelter operations. The role works under the Volunteer Manager, supports online marketing and community outreach, assists with orientation and training, maintains relationships with community agencies, organizes appreciation events, and may help with animal care and other hands-on tasks. The position requires strong communication, public speaking, organizational, and people skills, along with animal-handling and physical-ability requirements.
